Request Official Quote

We issue a sealed official quote. As soon as the laboratory approves it, you can view, print, and save it as PDF right on this site, and we also send it by email. Even without applying, you can receive just the quote, so feel free to request one for business plans, internal approvals, or purchase orders. If you are unsure which items to select, you may also call the laboratory (031-572-0127) first.

1. Where to send the quote

The name printed on the quote. Individuals may leave it blank.

The official quote is sent to this address.

If this quote is for a request you have already submitted, enter the receipt number. The email or phone above must match that receipt to be linked.

Note anything to reflect in the quote. Leave blank if none.

Items collected: contact name, company (organization) name, business registration number, phone, email, request content / Purpose: issuing and sending the official quote / Retention: 3 years from the request date (quote history management). You may decline, but then online quote requests are unavailable and you can request by phone. For details, see the Privacy Policy.

A request alone does not create an application. After receiving the quote, you can apply via Online Application.
